After eating food of McDonald's three meals a day, Morgan found that his body had rapid changes: weight was soaring 30 pounds; blood pressure was soaring; he had mental fatigue, boredom and difficulty of breathing. Also there was a sudden drop in quality of life. Morgan’s personal test tells those who have a fast-food attachment how urgent returning to a healthy diet is.

Supersize Me adopts a quiet unique form in showing and telling people about the fast food. It is juts divided into a lot of different paragraph in terms of structure. But the difference is that there is no opposing argument or rational speculation of the underlying reason or supporting process of a central thesis. This documentary film is marked by a major feature: the emphasis on action. The film is not about the data and results found in laboratory, so there is no pile up of data. It does not conduct an in-depth study to the KFC in the kitchen processing center or raw material suppliers as well. It is only personally experiment by spending a month to eat only Western fast food. They not only collect evidence from others, their own behavior is evidence. Although it is quiet new and striking, there is some disadvantage of just focusing on one person’s experience. The result is that these documentaries are about some individual’s own point of view. And all actions and evidence revolves around his own point of view. The most legendary place after the film is McDonald's cancelling of Super Size package some time later after this documentary is released.
